The sparkling lake surface and the green trees on the shore of the original image remind people of the unique water town style in the south of the Yangtze River. When processing the picture, I deliberately added some effects similar to rain and mist to the background to enhance the feeling of a water town.

1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, and then execute on the copy: Filter > Blur > Motion Blur. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 1, and the effect is as shown in Figure 2.

2. Create a Curves adjustment layer, darken the layer slightly, set the parameters as shown in Figure 2, and the effect as shown in Figure 4.

3. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 5. After confirmation, create a brightness/contrast adjustment layer. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 6, and the effect is as shown in Figure 7.

4. Duplicate the background layer, press Ctrl + Shift + ] to bring it to the top, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", add a layer mask and use a black brush to erase the edges of the picture, the effect is as shown in Figure 8 .

5. Create a new layer, press the letter "D", return the front background color to the default black and white, and then execute: Filter > Render > Clouds. After confirmation, press Ctrl + Alt + F to strengthen it. The effect is as shown in 9, and then Change the layer blending mode to "Overlay", and the effect is as shown in Figure 10.

6. Create a curve adjustment layer. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 11 and 12, and the effect is as shown in Figure 13.
