This Photoshop tutorial cleverly turns a static landscape photo into a dynamic effect of flowing water, which is worth learning.
Rendering:
01. Create a new document in Photoshop and set the parameters as follows
02. Set the foreground color to black, adjust the brush size, hold down the [Shift] key, and draw a horizontal line at the top of the layer;
Select the horizontal line, press [Ctrl+T] keys, move the horizontal line appropriately downward, and press [Enter] key to confirm;
Hold down the [Ctrl+Shift+Alt] keys and continuously click the [T] key to copy the layer until it is full.
03. Use the [Rectangular Marquee Tool] to select the texture
Open [Edit-Define Pattern-Pattern Name] in sequence.

04. Open an image and make a copy.
05. Click [Edit with Quick Mask] under the toolbox, use a brush to paint the watery part on the copy layer, and do the same for the leaf parts.
