1. Change the color of the background layer and select "Edit>>Fill>>50% Gray". This step is very important, so don't skip it.
2. Select the Cooper font, the color is #CAC9C9, write the text you like, and make it as large as possible. I chose 180 points here, and it is best to be about the same, so that the following settings do not need to be adjusted.

5. Import the American flag image, place it on top of the text layer, and adjust the size and position of the flag. As shown in the picture, you can first reduce the transparency of some layers where the flag is located, so that it is easier to adjust.
