1. Open the photo of the person you want to create a bruised face in Photoshop, and copy the background layer with CTRL+J.

2. Then create a new layer and use the dark red brush tool to cover the eyes of the spoof character on the new layer.

3. Then set the blending mode of the layer where the brush paints the color to Overlay.

4. Next, create a new layer, select the brush tool with a feather radius of 150 pixels, set the color to blue, and click on the eyes of the spoof character. The diameter of the brush should be set appropriately.
