This tutorial mainly introduces the use of Photoshop's plug-in filter "DigiEffects-Old Photo" filter to create black and white film effects during the war.
Before you start creating, install the “DigiEffects—Old Photo” filter.
Filter installation method:
1. First decompress the compressed package and get a filter file of "AGEDFILM.8BF".
2. Taking Photothsop CS3 as an example, copy the AGEFILM.8BF filter to the "..Adobe Photoshop CS3 Plug-in Filters" folder in the Photoshop CS3 installation directory.
3. Run Photoshop CS3 and find the "DigiEffects—Old Photos" filter in the "Filter" menu.
Production tutorial:
1. The method of using the filter is very simple. First, open some photos from the war period, as shown in the picture.
2. Select the "Filter—DigiEffects—Old Photo" command in the menu bar to open the "Old Photo Parameters" dialog box and set each parameter. The main settings are "Number of Particles", "Number of Scratches", and "Gray Value". Of course, the user can also set the parameters as needed, as shown in the figure.
