Create a new file with a size of 1920X1200 pixels and a random background. Select the gradient tool, set the radial gradient mode in the property bar, and set the color to 2f0d0d, #681c1c, as shown below:
Next drag in the 4 decorative pictures
Use the free transformation tool to adjust the four decorative pictures respectively, and place them in different positions according to your own aesthetics.
Merge layers 1 and 2 (two lace pictures) and layers 3 and 4 (little angel and couple) respectively. Make another copy of the merged couple layer and set it to dynamic mode. The value should not be too large. The layer mode is all overlay, and the opacity of the two merged layers should be adjusted appropriately until it feels romantic. The transparency of the three layers are 24, 74, and 100 respectively (for reference only, you can set it according to your own feeling).
The picture seems to be missing something, the middle part is reserved for writing. Select the Freeform Pen Tool (make sure the Path option is in the property bar). If you are not familiar with the Pen Tool, this step may be difficult. Please try it until you are satisfied.
Press ctrl+enter to turn the path into a selection, then create a new layer, select Edit--Stroke, select white, and stroke 3-5 pixels.
Press ctrl+D to cancel the selection, select the eraser tool, and wipe as shown below. Adjust the opacity where the text is broken to create a fade-out effect.
Still on the text layer, double-click the layer to bring up the layer style, and check the outer glow style.
Press ctrl+J to copy the text layer and merge the two copied layers, ctrl+A, select all the layers, filter--blur--dynamic blur, set the value yourself.
Enlarge the image (you don’t have to enlarge it for easier observation), create a new layer, use the elliptical marquee tool, draw a circle at the intersection of the text, and fill it with white.
Deselect to use Gaussian Blur. Select the move tool, hold down alt and use the left mouse button to copy the small white dot to the intersection of the text.
The picture effect is here, but if you are pursuing romance, you will definitely feel a little bit dissatisfied. Well, let's add a heart-shaped pattern to the picture to add the finishing touch.
