1. Create a new file in Photoshop with your own screen size as shown in the figure (1024 * 768). Press the letter "D" to restore the front background color to the default black and white, and then execute: Filter > Render > Clouds. After confirmation, press Ctrl + Alt + F is strengthened several times, and the effect is as shown below.

2. Execute the menu: Filter > Pixelate > Dotted. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 2, and the effect is as shown in Figure 3. This step is to change the background to a brilliant color.

3. Press Ctrl + I to invert the color to make the color more vivid. The effect is as shown in Figure 4.

4. Execute the menu: Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 5. You can adjust the grid size according to actual needs. The effect is as shown in Figure 6. At this point the grid is partially completed, but the grid is not clear enough.

5. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate the background layer, and execute the menu: Filter > Stylize > Find Edges, as shown in Figure 7, and the effect is as shown in Figure 8.
