Let’s take a look at the effect comparison first
1. Use Photoshop to open non-mainstream photos that require whitening and makeup, execute CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+~ to extract highlight selections, then execute CTRL+SHIFT+I to invert the selection, and then perform feathering processing with a radius of 8 pixels.
2. Execute CTRL+J to copy the feathered selection content.
3. Click the "Create new fill or adjustment layer" button at the bottom of the layers panel and choose to create a color balance adjustment layer.
