Open the landscape material, duplicate the layer, and set it to soft light blending mode. ctel+E merge layers
Open the character material, cut out the image directly with the magic wand, and feather it by about 1 pixel.
Use ctrl+B to adjust the color levels and set as shown in the figure to harmonize the colors of the characters and the background.
Duplicate the character layer, set the opacity to 70%, change to "Screen", and ctrl+E to merge the character layer.
Use the eraser tool to erase the protruding parts of the lower part of the character (brush hardness is 0, opacity is 50%)
Open the cloud material, use the selection tool to select some areas, and feather them by 20 pixels.
Drag the clouds in and set the layer blending mode to "Screen".
Duplicate the cloud layer, edit-transform-vertical transform, and place it at the bottom of the image
Open the moon material, I directly use the Magnet Lasso tool to outline the moon, and feather it by 10 pixels.
