Open Photoshop CS4, then select the Crop Tool (C), and then enter the values of the crop tool you want to customize in the Crop Tool Options Bar.
Open the drop-down menu next to the Crop icon on the far left side of the Crop tool options bar, make sure Current Tool Only is selected (otherwise presets for other tools will appear here), and click the Create New Tool Preset button on the right. In In the New Tool Preset dialog box that opens, enter the name of the new preset tool and click OK.
At this time, the newly created custom preset cropping tool will appear at the top of the preset tool list, and can be called here at any time by double-clicking it.
If you want to change the name or delete a default tool, right-click on the default tool name.
If you want to adjust the order of the preset tools, open the Preset Manager dialog box in the Edit menu and make adjustments there.
