1. Since the original image has serious noise, we first use NeatImage for skin resurfacing.
2. Add a "Color Balance" adjustment layer. See the picture for parameters. Merge all layers after completion.
3. The brightness of the photo is too high. Add HDR special effects to make it richer.
4. The vignetting effect is essential. Use the Ellipse Tool to outline the selection and feather it by 50 pixels.
