In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use Photoshop to recreate the famous Aqua wallpaper in just a few minutes. This is actually very simple! (Actually, it’s just a font tutorial)
Create a new file (File > New) with a resolution of 1920×1200px /72 dpi. Then select the Paint Bucket Tool (G) and fill our first layer with blue. Color code #17CBFF.
Now select the Brush Tool (B) and apply the following parameters: Opacity 30%, color code #0499E6.
Paint on the sides of the blue background (pictured below).

Using the Horizontal Type Tool (T), type the word 'aqua' (made up of individual letters). The parameters of letters are as shown below, except Q:
Parameters of the letter Q.
Place the letters as shown in the picture below.
Select the letter layer in the Layers panel, press the Shift key and click on the layer. Then press Ctrl + J and the selected layer will be copied. Use the Move Tool (V) to move them down and change their color to #084DA2.
Now for each letter in the Blending Options use: Outer Glow. (Parameters are as follows)
This is what you get so far.
Now select the next blending option and use Inner Shadow for all letters except the last one.

Blending Options – Inner Glow.
Blending Options – Gradient Overlay.
