The original image material is not very high pixel and has a slight color cast. Need to be careful when handling. Because the outlines of the characters' facial features are relatively blurry, the details are not easy to process. The color tone and decoration can be adjusted according to your own preferences.

1. Open the original image material, create a new layer with the fill color: #FBF8DF, change the layer blending mode to "Multiply", and change the layer opacity to: 70%. The effect is as shown below.

2. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust the white color. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 2, and the effect is as shown in Figure 3.

3. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, simply smooth the skin of the character, and then use the smear tool to smooth the hair of the character. The approximate effect is as shown below.

4. Create a channel mixer adjustment layer and adjust the blue color. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 5, and the effect is as shown in Figure 6.

5. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, select the menu: Image > Mode > Lab Color, select Disjoint, and then execute: Image > Apply Image. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 7, and the effect is as shown in Figure 8.

6. Select the menu: Image > Mode > RGB Color, select Unmerge, then create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + ~ to bring up the highlight selection and fill it with white, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", and change the layer opacity Change to: 60%, the effect is as shown below.
