The avatar expressions have always been exaggerated and funny. Sometimes a little "cool" is added. The avatar below is not very funny but it is very cool. It’s also relatively simple to make. They are all simple graphics with gradients and highlights, and then they are combined.
final effect
1. Create a new 450 * 450 pixel file, fill the background with white, create a new layer, select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, and hold down the Shift key to pull out the perfect circle selection shown in Figure 1.

2. Select the gradient tool, set the color as shown in Figure 2, and pull out the radial gradient as shown in Figure 3. After drawing the gradient, keep the selection and do not cancel it.

3. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #FFA600, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, as shown in Figure 4, add a layer mask, and use a black and white linear gradient to create a transparent effect, as shown in Figure 5.

4. Press Ctrl + R to bring up the logo, then pull two intersecting reference lines, and use the intersection as the center to pull out the perfect circle selection shown in Figure 6. Create a new layer and fill it with black, and then pull out a smaller perfect circle. As shown in Figure 7, press Delete to delete.

5. After canceling the selection, lock the layer, select the gradient tool, set the color as shown in Figure 8, and pull out the linear gradient color as shown in Figure 9.

6. Create a new layer above the background layer, use a pen to outline the selection shown in Figure 10, and fill it with black.

7. Duplicate the current layer, press Ctrl + Shift + ] to put it on top, use a pen to outline the selection shown in Figure 11, press Ctrl + Shift + I to invert the selection, and press Delete to delete.

8. Duplicate the current layer, then move it down one layer, then move it down a little bit, and change the layer opacity to about 20% to create the shadow part of the hair. The effect is as shown below.

9. Create a new layer on top of the layer, use a pen to outline the selection shown in Figure 13, fill it with white, and appropriately reduce the opacity of the layer. The effect is as shown in Figure 14.

10. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the selection of the sunglasses, and fill it with black. The effect is as shown below.

11. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the selection shown in Figure 16, then set the foreground color to white, and paint the highlights with black. The effect is as shown in Figure 17.

12. Use the same method to create the highlight of the other glasses, and then add the projection. The effect is as shown below.

15. Return to the hand layer. After locking the layer, set the foreground color to: #F9D447, and apply highlight to the center of the handle. The effect is as shown below.
