IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules【Disabled】
The IKEEXT service hosts Internet Key Exchange (IKE) and Authentication Internet Protocol (AuthIP) keying modules. These keying modules are used for authentication and key exchange in Internet Protocol Security (IPSec). Stopping or disabling the IKEEXT service disables IKE/AuthIP key exchange with peer computers. IPSec is typically configured to use IKE or AuthIP, so stopping or disabling the IKEEXT service will cause IPSec to malfunction and compromise the security of the system. It is strongly recommended to run the IKEEXT service.
Mainly for authentication in network environments such as VPNs. You can disable it if you don’t use a VPN or use a third-party VPN for dial-up.
Interactive Services Detection【Manual】
Enables user notification of user input for interactive services so that dialog boxes created by interactive services can be accessed when they appear. If this service is stopped, there will no longer be notifications for new interactive service dialog boxes, and interactive service dialog boxes may no longer be accessible. If this service is disabled, there are no longer notifications of new interactive service dialog boxes, and these dialog boxes cannot be accessed.

If you do not plan to let this computer act as an ICS host, the service can be disabled, otherwise it needs to be enabled.
IP Helper【Disabled】
Provides automatic IPv6 connectivity over IPv4 networks. If you stop this service, the computer will only have IPv6 connectivity when it is connected to the local IPv6 network. Mainly to provide IPv6 support. To put it bluntly, it is to make IPv4 and IPv6 compatible with each other. It is not particularly necessary in the current situation. In fact, it does not matter if it is set to disabled.
IPsec Policy Agent【Disable】
Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) supports network-level peer authentication, data origin authentication, data integrity, data confidentiality (encryption), and replay protection. This service enforces IPSec policies created through the IP Security Policy snap-in or the command-line tool "netsh ipsec". When stopping this service, you may experience network connectivity issues if the policy requires the connection to use IPSec. Likewise, when this service is stopped, remote management of Windows Firewall is no longer available. This service enforces IPSec policies created through the IP Security Policy snap-in or the command-line tool "netshipsec". When stopping this service, you may experience network connectivity issues if the policy requires the connection to use IPSec. Likewise, when this service is stopped, remote management of Windows Firewall is no longer available.
Some companies' network environments require that it be turned on, which provides an end-to-end secure connection between the client and server on a TCP/IP network. In other cases, it is recommended to set it to disabled.
KtmRm for Distributed Transaction Coordinator【Manual】
Coordinates transactions between the Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) and the Kernel Transaction Manager (KTM). If not needed, it is recommended to keep the service stopped. MSDTC and KTM will automatically start this service if required. If this service is disabled, any MSDTC transactions that interact with the kernel resource manager will fail, and any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.
Coordinates transactions between MSDTC and the Core Transaction Manager (KTM). Another transaction service provided by Vista is more useful for developers. For general users or non-developers, it can be set to manual.

If this service is disabled, any services that depend on it will fail to start.
When logging in to Active Directory, it is a service that communicates with the domain service for verification. Generally, after the verification is passed, the domain server will register your DNS records, push software patches and policies, etc., and it will be used to log in to the domain. Workgroup environments can be set to disabled.
Network Access Protection Agent【Manual】
The Network Access Protection (NAP) proxy service collects and manages health information about client computers on the network. The information collected by the NAP agent is used to ensure that client computers have the required software and settings. If a client computer is incompatible with the health policy, you can provide it with restricted network access until its configuration is updated. Depending on the configuration of the health policy, client computers may be automatically updated so that users can quickly regain full network access without having to manually update their computers.
Enable the Network Access Protection (NAP) function on the client computer. This is the client in the NAP architecture. The default setting is manual.

This service enumerates existing networks and displays the current connection status. Turning it off will cause the network to malfunction, so don't touch it.
Network Location Awareness【Automatic】
Collects and stores configuration information for a network and notifies programs when this information is modified. If you stop this service, configuration information may be unavailable; if you disable this service, any services that explicitly depend on this service will fail to start. It is NLA, which can well support and mark multiple network cards, or provide you with enhanced functions when you switch and change from home, personal, or company networks. In most cases, it will automatically start with NetworkConnections.
Different from XP's NLA, if you turn it off, the network will be normal but it will prompt that the network cable is not plugged in. It is best not to touch it.
