This tutorial introduces the production of an oil painting-like effect. First, use the woodcut effect in the filter to adjust the corner details of the object in the picture, and then use a brush stroke to create a smear effect. Finally, use the Topaz filter to sharpen it. There are many production methods and this tutorial is just a reference. I hope you can come up with a better method!

1. Open the original image and press Ctrl + J to copy two layers, hide the top layer, and return to layer 1 as shown in Figure 1.
<Picture 1> 2. Execute menu: Filter > Artistic Effect > Woodcut parameter settings are as shown in Figure 2. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Strong Light", the effect is as shown in Figure 3

3. Return to layer 2, execute the menu: Filter > Noise > Intermediate value parameter settings as shown in Figure 4. After confirming, execute the menu: Filter > Brush Stroke > Dark Lines. After confirming, change the layer blending mode to " "Screen Color", change the layer opacity to 60%, the effect is as shown in Figure 6

<Picture 6> 4. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to stamp the layer, and use the Topaz filter to sharpen it. If you have not installed it, please click here to download it. As shown in Figure 7

5. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate a layer and then change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light" and the layer opacity to 60% to complete the final effect.
