The default installation of DW MX 2004 only provides one Flash Element effect. Select it from the toolbar shortcut menu. Flash Element (Figure 1) can bring up the new Flash Element tool (Figure 2).
Figure 1 Figure 2
First click the image browsing button to insert Flash Element into the page and save it. Select the animation element inserted into the page. At this time, the properties of the Flash Element element will pop up based on the original mark dialog box (Figure 3).
The various attributes inFigure 3
from top to bottom are: picture playback interface background color, picture title color, picture title font, picture title font size, animation frame color, whether to display the frame, frame thickness, picture title, picture link address, Window opening method, picture address, whether to display the control bar, whether to automatically play, picture interval delay, whether to loop, title, title color, title font, title font size, and transition type.
Now we can set up each option. It should be noted that the items in imageCaptions, imageLinks and imageURLs need to be separated by commas, and your image address and the link address after clicking are filled in the corresponding boxes. You can set the color and other processing according to your own needs. To set, at the same time, for the last transition effect between pictures, you can choose according to your own preferences, similar to making the transition effect between slides in Power Point (Figure 4).

Now we use the settings shown in Figure 5 and get the final effect as shown in Figure 6.

After a few simple steps, a web animation component with a personalized playback interface and interactive effects is completed. It is quite simple. If you have a certain understanding of Flash, you can also develop a Flash Element plug-in yourself. You can also download more Flash Element plug-ins from the Macromedia website to make your homepage more varied and personalized!
