Quickly create bright and dreamy effects for photos

This tutorial mainly uses channel color adjustment, and then blurs the background of the adjusted photo to increase the hazy effect of the photo, and then embellishes the star brush to make the photo more dreamy.

1. Open the original image and slightly polish off the skin.
