Before color grading, we must carefully analyze the color structure of the material, so that we will not blindly adjust it.

1. Open the photo and copy it one layer, create a curve adjustment layer, select the blue channel adjustment, and set the parameters as shown below.

2. Create an optional color adjustment layer, select red adjustment, and set the parameters as shown below. This step is to simply adjust the character's skin color.

Create a new blank layer and stamp the layer. Press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + 2 to bring up the highlight selection of layer 1, perform an invert selection, copy it to a new layer, and create a curve adjustment for it, brighten the dark part of the photo, press Ctrl + Alt + G to create Clipping mask, the effect is as shown below.

4. Create an optional color adjustment layer, select Magenta adjustment, and adjust the color of the character’s hair. The parameters and effects are as shown below.

6. Just now after placing it, I saw that the skin color of the character’s face is not beautiful, so I created an optional color adjustment layer and continued to adjust the color of the character’s face. Know how to dial in the effects you like.

7. After adjusting the characters, continue to adjust the background tone in the photo, create an optional color adjustment layer, and adjust the blue color, as shown below.

In order to make the skin color of the character similar to the background, create a color fill layer and select the color tawny: #886434. After confirming, change the layer blending mode to "Multiply" and the layer opacity to: 50% to make it The transition is natural. Use a soft-angled brush to erase the unwanted parts of the layer mask.

9. The color of the background is still not enough, so duplicate a layer, change the layer blending mode to "Subtract", and set the opacity to 25%. The effect is as shown below.

Then create a Curves adjustment layer to increase the brightness of the photo and add blue and yellow to the photo.

Finally adjust the details to complete the final effect.
