Source: Siyuan Forum Author: Lily The tone of this tutorial is very classic. Although the original image has a slight color cast, the author used channels to process the color cast image into a relatively single cyan color, and then appropriately polished it to create the desired background color. Finally, using lighting effects and adding some warm colors, the effect looks very artistic. Original picture
final effect
1. Open the original image, go to LAB mode, enter the channel, select channel A, select all, copy, and then paste into channel B. After processing, switch back to RGB mode and enter curve operation (make the character darker blue) , then use the brush to wipe on the mask layer of the curve (remember to select the mask), lower the opacity, so the characters do not need to be wiped, and the background is mainly wiped, as shown in the figure:
2. Enter the color levels to slightly brighten the overall image. Remember that after adjusting the color levels, we still need to use a brush to wipe the background on the mask layer. This time the opacity is lower. The effect is as shown below:
3. Enter the optional colors and select red, yellow, neutral gray, and black respectively. The parameters are as shown in the figure. In order to retain the wrinkle details on the clothes, use a brush with an opacity of 100% on the mask layer to wipe the clothes. The effect As shown in the picture:
4. Stamp the layer and get layer 1. In order to achieve the effect we want, we now need to darken the whole thing. Image-Apply Image (RGB mode, use soft light for mixing, check the mask, and default parameters) , the parameters are as shown in the figure:
5. Now we add a yellowing effect to the character, go to Filter-Render-Lighting Effect, remember to put the lighting focus in the upper right corner, the detailed parameters are as shown below:
6. You are basically done here. Just download some word art brushes or add word art files.
