This tutorial mainly uses the combination of channels, burn, dodge tools, and blur tools to imitate hand-painted effects on real photos.

1. First make her skin a little more transparent, enter the channel, and copy the green channel, as shown in the picture:
2. Open Filter--Others--High Contrast Preservation, set the radius to about 12, you can repeat this several times. Then click the Load Selection button with the circle pattern below. As shown in the picture:
3. Return to the layers panel and click on the original image:
4. Then press the Select--Invert button. Open the Curves (CTRL+M) tool again and make it a little brighter. You can control the parameters yourself. The effect is as follows. The skin is more transparent than before:
5. Then pull out the eyes first, press CTRL+J to copy the layer, cut out the mouth and eyebrows separately, and press CTRL+J to copy them as well. Next, select back to the original background layer and press CTRL+ALT+ ~ to select the highlight. Press Filter--Blur--Gaussian Blur. You can control the parameters yourself. I set it to 9. The effect is as follows:
6. Then use the Dodge and Burn tools in the toolbox to paint the whites of the eyes and eyeballs respectively to make the eyes look deeper, as shown in the picture:
7. Then create a new layer, set the foreground color to your favorite red, then use the brush to slowly apply it on the appropriate parts of the lips, and then change the layer style to soft light. The effect is as follows:
8. Then I used the blur tool, combined with the change of opacity, and slowly applied it along the texture of the hair. The effect is as follows:
