01. Open the image and press ctrl+j twice to get layer 1 and a copy of layer 1. Click on the red circle to create a new layer and get layer 2. Place this layer between layer 1 and the background layer and fill it with color. Here it is filled with green as a test effect and a new background layer.
02. Execute the filter-extract command on layer 1. Check the Force Foreground box and choose white as the color to extract the highlights of the hair. Use the highlighter tool to apply green. The hair on the edge of the character should be painted with smaller strokes. Here, 5 is selected.
03. You can clearly see the hair after pulling it out. Enlarge the picture to check, and use an eraser or mask to remove the noise at the edge of the hair.

04. Execute the filter-extract command on the copy of layer 1, force the foreground to not be checked, use the highlighter tool to draw a green edge, and use the fill tool to fill the middle with blue. In order to make the effect better, stroke Try to make it as small as possible, usually around 5.
05. After extracting, click on the red circle to add a mask to the copy of layer 1. Use a black brush to modify the edge noise. Use a 70% gray brush to paint the hair on the edge. In order to reduce the excess black after extraction, further integrate with the layer. 1Blend to perfect the effect of hair.
06. Take a look at the effect. If you are not satisfied with the color of the highlighted hair, you can adjust the hue/saturation to blend it with the main color of the hair. OK.
