1. Open the material picture (provided at the end of this article), cut out the character, name it "Real Portrait", move and copy it to the blue background (background layer).
Copy the "Real Portrait" of the portrait three times and name it: "Liquid Man" and "Layer 2". The order of the layers from top to bottom is: Real Portrait - Liquid Man - Layer 2 - Layer 3 as shown below. Shown:
2. Select "Liquid Man" and execute: Filter--Sketch--Ming Huang. In the pop-up "Ming Huang Gradient" dialog box, set the detail to 5 and the smoothness to 7.
