Open the original image and use the topaz filter to smooth the skin. The parameter setting is shown in Figure 1-2 and the effect is shown in Figure 3. Press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, then press Ctrl + Shift + U to remove the color, then press Ctrl + I to invert, change the layer blending mode of this layer to: Color Reduce Single, and then click the image Select the layer option using the icon shown in 4. 3. Return to the background layer and press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, merge the copied layer with the layer above, select the menu: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur value is 2, and then change the layer blending mode of this layer. For multiplication, the effect is as shown in Figure 7

<Figure 7> 4. Merge all layers, click on the Channel Control Panel, click on the green channel as shown in Figure 8, press Ctrl + A to select all, then press Ctrl + C to copy, click on the blue channel and press Ctrl + V to paste the effect as shown in Figure 9

5. Return to the layers panel, press Ctrl + U to adjust the hue/saturation parameter settings as shown in Figure 10 to complete the final effect.
