1. Open the original image, click on the channel control panel as shown in Figure 1, then click on the red channel and press Ctrl + A to select all and then press Ctrl + C to copy. Then click on the blue channel and press Ctrl + V to paste, the effect is as shown in Figure 2

2. Select the menu Image > Adjustment > Hue/Saturation parameter settings as shown in Figure 3, and the effect is shown in Figure 4

3. Press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, and select the menu on the copy layer: Filter > Blur > Dynamic Blur parameter settings as shown in Figure 5. Then press Ctrl + U to adjust the hue/saturation parameter settings as shown in Figure 6, and the effect is as shown in Figure 7

4. Change the blending mode of the layer to: Saturation effect as shown in Figure 8

5. Add a mask and use the brush tool to paint the body parts of the character, and change the opacity of this layer to 60%, as shown in Figure 9

6. Merge all the layers, smooth the skin appropriately, then press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, change the layer blending mode to: Overlay, and then change the layer's opacity to 50% to complete the final effect.
