The effect creation process of this tutorial is actually only one step. Use the illuminate edge filter to quickly convert the picture into a line effect. In the later stage, you only need to remove the color, invert it and add some details.

1. Open the material picture, copy the background layer, and execute: Filter > Stylize > Lighten Edges.
