1. Duplicate a new layer, change the layer mode to soft light and add a mask to erase the upper sky and lower part, leaving only the middle light area. Soft light mode increases the contrast of light areas.

2. Color levels process the sunny area, continuing to increase the contrast and improve the color saturation. The method can be to hold down the Ctrl key and click on the layer mask in the previous step to get the selection, or you can use the adjustment layer - level processing and then use a black brush to erase the sunny area as part of it.

How to darken the sky with color levels: 1. Adjust the layer--color levels; 2. Use a black brush to erase parts other than the sky. You can also make a sky selection first (such as using a color range).

4. To bring out the red color in the sky, first press the Ctrl key and click on the mask area in the previous step to get the sky selection, and then use Adjustment Layer-Levels-R Levels to process.
