1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", and change the opacity to: 30%.
2. Create a new level adjustment layer, adjust RGB, value: 8/1.32/255, output level: default value, as shown in the picture below.
