To help users better manage and identify different passwords, the Passwords app for iPhone allows users to add notes to each saved password. Here's more detail on how to add comments to your saved passwords.
First, unlock your iphone and find and tap the Settings app icon on the home screen.
Scroll down in the "Settings" menu to find and tap the "Password" option (depending on the iOS version, it may appear as "Lock screen with password" or simply "Password").
On the Passwords page, you'll see a list of all your saved passwords. Click the password entry you want to add a comment to.
On the password details page, you can see information about the password. Click the "..." button at the bottom of the page (if present) and select "Edit" or click directly on the password entry to enter edit mode.
On the password editing page, find and click the "Comments" field. Enter any notes you want to add here, such as account type, important dates, or other reminders.
When you're done editing your annotation, click the "Done" or "Update" button in the upper right corner of the page to save your changes.
