Correction: Game Park did not read the rules of this year’s LCK spring playoffs in detail, and the previous article was incorrect. Its rules are actually as follows: the top two teams in the regular season standings have the resurrection A, and the playoffs all use the Bo5 format. In the first round of the playoffs, the third place in the standings can choose a team from the fifth or sixth place as its opponent. In the Spring Split, since the third-ranked KT chose LSB, HLE will automatically play against DK.
In the second round of the playoffs, T1, ranked first in the regular season, can choose one of the two teams that advanced in the first round to compete. The second-placed GEN will compete against another team. Pairs compete, the winner advances to the winner's bracket, and the loser advances to the loser's bracket. The winning team in the upper bracket will directly advance to the finals, and the winning team in the lower bracket will advance to the lower bracket finals and compete with the losing team in the upper bracket. The winners of the lower bracket finals will then play back-to-back with the winning teams of the upper bracket to compete for the championship.
