1. Create a new square document in Photoshop with a black background. Then select the foreground to be white and add a Gradient adjustment layer. Originally, it would be possible to directly pull a gradient, but there may not necessarily be an adjustment layer to align it neatly.
2. Rasterize the adjustment layer, apply a mask, or throw it away.
3. Execute the wave filter, and the default settings will be fine. There is a randomization button on the lower right, which is why there may be slight differences in what everyone makes.
4. Execute the same filter nine more times, or press ctrl+f nine times.
5. Add a layer style, set it as shown in the figure, and customize the color. It is recommended to use contrasting colors, so that there are more transition colors and it looks good.
6. Duplicate a layer, rotate it 90 degrees, and change the blending mode to "Lighten".
7. Press ctrl+shift+alt+t twice again to execute the copy transformation command again. Take the last two layers and give them the same blending mode as the duplicated layers: "Lighten".
