Below is what I converted using Photoshop’s “Indexed Color” I have some thoughts on vector graphics, I hope it can be helpful to friends who are engaged in graphic design.
original picture
After vectorization
1. Load the original image into Photoshop, snap the image, clean the background, and switch to index color mode.
2. Set index color parameters.
3. Select the selection and select the graphics to be vectorized.
4. Establish a working path.
5. Create a vector mask.
6. Follow the above method to select unconnected graphic areas and create masks for each graphic in turn.7. Save as a file in EP format.
8. Save.
9. Open the vector software (AI) and open The file you just saved.
10. Okay, we can edit the image freely in vector software.
Summary of key points: First, you should clean up the background of the graphics to be extracted, which will be more beneficial for subsequent operations. Use Indexed Color to quickly separate color levels and convert back to RGB format for in-depth editing if necessary. Be sure to create new layers for unconnected selections to create independent vector mask layers. When saving, you must save in EPS format to open the path of each shape in vector software.
