Let’s look at the renderings first
1. Find an image like this from the Internet, then open the image that needs to be processed (Picture 1), and create a new layer 1 on top of the background layer.

2. Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool, set the attribute to Add to Selection, draw some rectangles of different widths and widths on Layer 1 and fill them with white (Figure 2).
3. Execute menu-Filter-Noise-Add noise, the amount is 100%, select Gaussian distribution, check the monochrome option, then execute menu-Filter-Blur-Motion Blur, set the angle to 90 degrees and the distance to 100 pixels (Figure 3, Figure 4).

4. Execute menu-Edit-Free Transform, hold down the CTRL key, and drag the nodes on the four corners to adjust the image shape as shown in (Figure 5)
Figure 5 5. Execute menu-Filter-Blur-Motion Blur, set the angle to 90 degrees, and the distance to 20 pixels, then execute menu-Image-Adjustment-Hue/Saturation, and set the image brightness to +80 (Figure 6)

6. Return to the background layer, use the polygonal lasso tool to select the part involving the clouds at the top of the light and the part involving the sea surface at the bottom of the light, and execute the menu-select-feather, and set the feather radius. is 20 pixels (Figure 7)

7. Execute menu-Image-Adjustment-Curves to brighten the color of the image in the selection (Figure 8).
