This article introduces some tips on photo post-processing - using Photoshop to simply create a soft light effect on photos. The effect is very good and has a bit of a dreamy effect.
Open the original image and copy the layer.
Perform a Gaussian blur with a radius of 3px. Press D to set the default color, and then execute "Filter", "Distort" and "Diffuse Light". The settings are as follows. Set the opacity of this layer to 60%.
Press Ctrl+E to merge the layers, perform the USM sharpening filter, and press Ctrl+F to apply the filter 2-3 times.
Create a new layer, draw the following polygonal area, set the radial fill from white to transparent, and then perform a Gaussian blur filter with a blur radius of 60px.
Lower the Opacity to 50%. The final effect is as follows.
