We can use Photoshop brushes to easily draw a "non-mainstream" rainbow-toned photo. You may have seen this effect on CD covers and can be used as an art poster or wallpaper.
The production process is very simple, but the effect is really good.
Original picture:
Open the original image and first create a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.
The effect is as follows.
Then create a new layer, set the layer mode to Screen, and then use a 48px hard brush to paint the following color.
Implement a Gaussian blur filter.
The final effect is very simple!
