The general production idea of this special effect is as follows :
Draw line (pattern fill)
Get a brush and brush it twice (just to add some effect under your feet)
After duplicating the layer, blur it and change the blending mode of the layer (you can try a few more for specific effects)
Create a layer mask and use a brush to draw the shape you want.
The specific operations are as follows:
1 Open the image to be processed in Photoshop and draw a random selection (Figure 1);
2 Feather 22, inverse selection, delete (Figure 2);
3 Duplicate the layer, blur the new layer to 2.5, and set it to Overlay mode. Merge layers, suitable for adjusting color and contrast (Figure 3);
4 Use Filter->Texture->Texture, scale 100%, (Figure 4). Finish.
