Open the original image, then execute "Layer" - "New Fill Layer" - "Solid Color", give the layer a name, confirm, and then select a color.
Continue to "Layer" - "New Fill Layer" - "Pattern", give the layer a name, OK, and select the pattern. Set the layer mode to Darken and adjust the Opacity to 25%.
Duplicate the background layer, move it to the top, and execute "Filter" - "Stylize" - "Lighten Edges" on this layer, and set it as follows.
Then press Shift+Ctrl+U to remove the color, and then press Ctrl+I to invert it. At this time we can see that the general outline of the image has appeared! There are some darker lines in it, and we will finally remove them with a white brush.
Set the layer mode to "Multiply" and adjust the opacity to 50%.
Duplicate the background layer again, move it to the top, remove the color, and adjust the brightness and contrast.
Add noise.
Change the layer mode to Multiply. Go to "Layer" - "Add Layer Mask" - "Hide All".
