1. Load the black and white image that needs to be colored into Photoshop.
2. Create a new layer on top of the black and white layer, and paint the parts you want to color in the new layer. The coloring range does not need to be particularly strict, just be within the range.
3. Set the "Soft Light" mode for the coloring layer, and you're done!
