The editor will introduce to you how to use "filter" and some other operation commands to create a melting ice cream effect, which will bring you the slightest coolness. You may also wish to try it yourself.
Let’s take a look at the renderings first:
Click "File" - "New" to pop up the "New" dialog box. In the dialog box, set the width and height of the file to 420 pixels and 340 pixels respectively. Set the foreground color to black, the background color to white, and the file name to "Melted Ice Cream."
Press Alt+Backspace to fill the background layer with black.
Click the "Window"-"Channel" button, enter the "Channel" palette, and create a new channel named "Alpha1".
Use the "Rectangular Marquee Tool" in the toolbox to select a rectangular area in the layer, then use the "Elliptical Marquee Tool", hold down the Shift key on the keyboard, and drag the mouse to draw an elliptical selection in the current selection. , the resulting selection (Figure 1) is shown.

Click the "Select"-"Transform Selection" command, a selection deformation box will appear, and adjust the selection to the state shown in (Figure 2).

Press the Enter key to confirm the transformation operation of the selection. Next, set the foreground color to white, and then press Alt+Backspace to fill the selection with white, as shown in Figure 3.

Press the Ctrl+D keys to remove the selection, and click the "Image" - "Rotate Canvas" - "90° (clockwise)" command to rotate the canvas. The effect after rotation is as shown in Figure 4.

Click the "Filter" - "Stylize" - "Wind" command to pop up the "Wind" dialog box, in which the parameter settings are as shown in Figure 5. Click the "OK" button, and the effect is as shown in Figure 6 .

Repeat the above operation twice or press Ctrl+F keys to get the blowing effect (as shown in Figure 7).

Execute the "Image" - "Rotate Canvas" - "90° (Counterclockwise)" command to rotate the canvas back to its original state, (as shown in Figure 8).

Click the "Filter" - "Sketch" - "Stamp" command to pop up the "Stamp" dialog box with parameter settings (as shown in Figure 9).

Click the "OK" button, the effect is as shown in Figure 10.

Click the "Filter" - "Sketch" - "Plastic Effect" command to pop up the "Plastic Effect" dialog box with parameter settings (as shown in Figure 11). Click the "OK" button and the desired effect will appear.

Enter the "Layer" palette and create a new layer named "Layer 1".
Select the newly created layer, and then click the "Select" - "Load Selection" command to pop up the "Load Selection" dialog box (Figure 12). Set the options as shown in Figure 12. Click the "OK" button to get ( The selection shown in Figure 13).

Figure 13. For the loaded selection, set the foreground color to the color of the ice cream you want. Press Alt+Backspace to fill the selection with the foreground color you just set. Then press Ctrl+D to remove the selection. The effect is as shown in Figure 14. Show.

Go to the "Layers" palette and create a new layer between the background layer and "Layer 1" named "Layer 2". Use the "Rectangular Marquee Tool" in the toolbox to select a rectangular area on this layer, (as shown in Figure 15).

Click the "Select" - "Transform Selection" command, a selection deformation box will appear, and adjust the selection to the state shown in (Figure 16).

Press the Enter key to confirm the transformation operation of the selection and set the foreground color to gray (R:204 G:204 B:204). Press the Alt+Backspace keys to fill the selection with the foreground color, then press the Ctrl+D keys to cancel the selection, and use the eraser tool to erase the part of the graphic that overlaps the ice cream graphic. The effect is as shown in Figure 17.

Then click the "Layer" - "Layer Style" - "Bevel and Emboss" command, and the "Layer Style" dialog box will appear, with parameter settings (as shown in Figure 18).

Click the "OK" button, the effect is as shown in Figure 19, and the melted ice cream effect is completed.
