Based on the principle of being simple and easy to remember, I will teach you how to make a kind of effect word. Remember: following is not the goal. Master the method, use your brain to learn, and make inferences about other cases to make the style you like.
Please see the effect picture first
Create a new file and customize the size as long as it is enough. Here I set a 600*250 pixel white background as the background.
Set the foreground color to red and press alt+delete to fill it.
Then use the text mask tool to select the font you like and set the font size. Enter the text selection in the picture and press ctrl+enter to confirm.
Create a new layer 1, set the foreground color to dark red, and then press alt+delete to fill the selection of layer 1
Keep the selection, click Edit - Stroke
In the stroke dialog box, select a color, then set the color value in the color picker to: ffff, RGB: 255, 255, 255, and stroke the selection with 1 pixel in white.
Continue to keep the selection, click Select-Modify and Shrink
In the shrink selection dialog box, enter the shrink amount as: 2 pixels, OK
Stroke the selection again, this time inside
Continue to keep the selection, set the foreground color to bright yellow, and select the brush tool
Open the brush settings palette, select Scatter Maple Leaf (of course you can choose another brush you like), and then check the options: Shape Dynamics, Scatter, Color Dynamics, Other Dynamics, Smoothing and other options. There is no need to set parameters, just keep the default values. Finally, set the diameter of the pen tip as appropriate, set the spacing as appropriate, and close the palette.
Use the adjusted brush to draw in the selection
Change the foreground color and draw in the selection. . . . . .
Press the ctrl+d keys to cancel the selection. Finally, you can make some layer effects according to your own preferences (such as projection, bevel relief, etc.) and save the file. Finished^_^
