Processing steps:
1. Open a picture in Photoshop, use crtl+J to copy a layer, and shift+crtl+L to auto-level (develop good habits).
2. Create a new layer 2 and select the neutral gray fill layer. (Haha, what is neutral gray? If you don’t understand it yet, it doesn’t matter. Then choose a set of neutral gray and have a look: R: 128, G:128, B:128.
3. Select the History Art Brush Tool (haven’t found the tool yet? Haha, just look at the toolbar to find out), set the brush size to 5, and paint on the newly created neutral gray layer 2, and see what you will find. Magical effect:
4. If we completely paint the entire picture, we will get the following effect:
5. Select layer 2 and change the layer mode to Overlay. The effect is as follows:
6. Hide layer 2, select layer 1, and let’s do an effect: Filter > Blur > Special Blur (this is a very special blur effect) and see what changes will happen.
7. Now open the little eyes in front of layer 2 and appreciate the effect you made. Haha~`Doesn’t it feel good?
8. If you feel it is not ideal enough, then use the Image>Adjustment>Hue/Saturation command to adjust the effect you like. Remember, the more you practice, the more likely you will make new discoveries.
