4. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + ~ to bring up the highlight selection, and then fill it with color: #FAF7D5, the effect is as shown in Figure 6

5. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to stamp the layer. Select the menu: Filter > Noise > Add Noise parameter settings as shown in Figure 7. After confirmation, select the menu: Filter > Blur > Dynamic Blur. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 8. After confirmation, execute the menu: Filter > Rendering > Layered Cloud Effect as shown in Figure 9, then change the layer blending mode to "Overlay", the effect is as shown in Figure 10

6. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + ~ to bring up the highlight selection fill color: #FAF7D5, and change the layer opacity to: 50%, the effect is as shown in Figure 11

7. Merge all layers and use the Topaz filter to sharpen it, then press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", and the opacity to: 40%, then press Ctrl + Shift + U After removing the color, the effect is shown in Figure 12.
