Step1:
Take several photos with the same background but different character shapes (Picture 1). You can use cute styles, sexy styles, or performance art. The more expressive and exaggerated the movements, the better the effect will be.

Step2: Choose one of the photos to be the background. Let’s start with 2-in-1.
Use the cropping tool (Picture 2) to cut out the part of the second photo that contains the characters. The characters at the back should be assembled first.
The shadow part of the character must be cut off, otherwise it will be unrealistic like a piece of paper when combined with the background photo. In addition, when cutting, pay attention to some reference objects, such as this picture 3, which can connect the paintings on the wall. Cut it in half to make it easier to assemble.

Step3: Drag the cropped photo into the background photo. (Figure 4)

At this time, you can use the painting on the wall as a reference to easily find the splicing point of the two photos.
Step4: Use Image→Adjustment→Curves to adjust the light of the two photos to be as similar as possible (Picture 5).

Step5: Use the eraser tool on layer 1 to carefully erase the part that blocks the characters in the background photo, and the two photos are successfully spliced (Figure 6).

Tip: Some photos may be difficult to stitch into the background photo due to light or slight movement of things. At this time, you can use the Magnetic Lasso Tool (Figure 7) to carefully select the parts you want to delete by dragging them into the layer. Remember to keep them. The shaded part (Figure 8).

Step6: Click the delete button to delete the redundant parts, and then use the blur tool (Figure 9) to blur the edges so that it looks flawless.
