DingTalk attendance allows the attendance person in charge to directly set up office attendance on DingTalk at the same time and place for all employees to come and go from work. After the setting is completed, employees can participate in clocking in. What should employees do if they forget to punch in? How to replenish the card on DingTalk?
If the administrator sets the card replenishment type as: missing card, late, early departure, normal, if the employee forgets to punch in and shows missing card or is accidentally late/absentee/outside and other punch-in records, he or she can submit a card replenishment application.
Currently, the computer version does not support submitting the card replacement approval form. Please submit it on the mobile version.
● To replenish the card on the same day: [Mobile DingTalk] - [Workbench] - [Attendance Clock] - Click the yellow exclamation mark of [Absent Card at work/get off work] - [Handle Exception] - [Card Replacement Application];
● To replace the previous card: [DingTalk Mobile] - [Workbench] - [Statistics] - [My Statistics] - Switching Date - [Handling Exceptions] - [Card Replacement Application] After the card replacement application is approved, the abnormal punch-in record will be Automatically modified to normal;
● If you punch in and do not join any attendance group/free time attendance group/work overtime on rest days, you can submit a card replacement application through [Application] on the clock in page or [Workbench]-[OA Approval].
What should I do if there is still an abnormality after submitting the replacement card?
If after the card replacement is submitted for approval, the attendance still shows abnormalities such as missing cards/late arrivals/early departures, etc., you can troubleshoot from the following points:
● Check whether the card replacement approval has been passed;
● Check whether the card replacement application is the approval template that comes with the system. The administrator can check and confirm it in the enterprise management backend (oa.dingtalk.com) - [Workbench] - [OA Approval]. Only the approval template that comes with the system is approved. It will appear normal after you agree.
● If the enterprise administrator re-modifies the employee's shift after the employee submits a replacement card for approval, the employee's clock-in time will also be based on the administrator's latest shift adjustment.
● If before submitting the card replacement approval form, the check-in page does not generate a quick entry for [Submit Leave Attendance], it is recommended that you resubmit the card replacement approval form.
