5. Use the same method to process the other eye, paying attention to the hair part and try not to select it.
6. Merge the layers of the two eyes, use Filter-Sharpen-USM to sharpen, and set it as follows (the main reason for using this sharpening is that the image will become blurry when enlarged, and this sharpening is adjustable).
7. Merge layers and compare before and after.
This is W placed at 120%, H at 110%, Comrade Xiaoguan’s extended size.

The method of increasing the size of the nose is similar to that of the eyes 1. Use the Lasso tool to circle the nose and feather it by 10 pixels.
2. Copy the layer with Ctrl+J, then cancel the selection, press Ctrl+T to transform freely, and then press Ctrl+Shift+Alt to point the adjustment point at the bottom corner inwards.
3. You can see that the nose at the back is exposed, so hide the duplicate layer temporarily.
Use the patch tool on the background layer, select the nose part (never select the nasal groove), feather it appropriately, and drag it to a smooth part of the forehead to completely remove the nose.
4. Display the copied layer. You can already see the effect, but there are still some problems at the corners of the eyes. You can use masks for final processing.
