1. Create a new file of 500*500, use the gradient tool, center on the lower right corner, and draw a radial gradient from green to blue. The colors used in the picture: Color 1 - #2e5b15 color, 2 - #103533 (middle color ), Color 3 - #090e13.

2. Use the text tool to draw a letter you like, such as Q. The font used here is Adobe Caslon Pro and the color #41a993.
3. Lower the text fill opacity to 20% instead of opacity. Add a layer style to the text. "Projection", the settings are as shown below:

13. Hold down the CTRL key and click on the letter Q layer to select the letter shape, then create a new layer, fill it with a white to transparent gradient, and finally change the layer mode to Overlay.
14. Press the CTRL key again and click on the letter Q layer, create a new layer, fill it with a white to transparent gradient, and move this layer to the top. Finally set the opacity to 40%.
15. On the layer in the previous step, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw an elliptical selection (the unselected area is shown in the picture), then hold down CTRL+SHIFT+I to select inverse selection, and click the delete key. This gives it a glass feel.
16. Click the U key, select the Polygon Tool, click the drop-down arrow on the upper left, put a check in front of the star, and set the indent edge basis to 99%. Create a new layer, set the foreground color to white, and draw stars on the brightest part of the letter Q. The settings are as shown below:
