3. Create a new layer and fill it with color: #1096AA, then execute the menu: Filter > Texture > Texture, and set the parameters as shown in Figure 3. After confirmation, execute the menu: Filter > Artistic Effect > Shading Effect, and set the parameters as shown in the figure. 4. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Overlay". 4. Create a new layer and press the letter "D" to restore the front background color to the default black and white, then execute the menu: Filter > Render > Clouds, then change the layer blending mode to "Overlay" and add a layer mask. The effect of wiping out the face is shown in Figure 6.
