1. Open the original image, process it with the Topaz filter appropriately, then press the shortcut key Ctrl+J to copy a layer and execute Filter-Blur-Special Blur. The values are as shown below.
2. Press Ctrl+I to invert
3. Select Multiply as the layer mode.
4. After getting the effect, use an eraser to wipe off part of the face to restore its original appearance. Depending on the situation, it is usually OK to just wipe off the face.
5. Then create a new blank layer and press the shortcut key Ctrl+Alt+~ at the same time to select the highlight.
6. Execute layer - create new fill layer - fill with pure white
7. The whole picture is brightened

9. Merge all layers after completion. Execute Image-Adjustment-Select Photo Filter
