This tutorial introduces how to make ink effect paintings. Idea: First adjust the overall color of the photo. You can make it feel more classical according to your own preference. Then simply use some filter effects to create the charm of an ink painting.

1. Open the original image, create a new layer, set the foreground color to white, and use the brush tool to apply a layer of mist on the water as shown in Figure 1.

2. Create a new layer with the fill color: #FEE0D3, and then change the layer blending mode to "Multiply". The effect is as shown in Figure 2.
<Figure 2> 3. Create a new layer, select the gradient tool color settings as shown in Figure 3, and then draw the gradient as shown in Figure 4. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Multiply", the effect is as shown in Figure 5.

<Picture 5> 4. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. Use the Dodge tool to highlight the middle of the picture. The effect is as shown in Figure 6.

5. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer execution menu: Filter > Artistic Effect > Smudge Stick. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 7. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Strong Light". Change the layer opacity to: 40%, the effect is as shown in Figure 8.

<Figure 8> 5. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. Execute the menu: Filter > Artistic Effect > Film Grain. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 9. After confirmation, change the layer opacity to: 50%, the effect is as shown in Figure 10.
