In this tutorial, we will learn to use PS to create a vector-style summer party illustration wallpaper. The brushes involved in the article can be downloaded.
Let’s take a look at the final renderings first:

First create a standard wallpaper size file, usually 1024*768, as shown below:

Using the Pen Tool and the Fill Path command, try drawing the shape of the land in the image, as shown below:

Now create a new layer on top of the land layer and use the Rectangular Selection Tool and Gradient Tool to make an image as shown below:

Now use the Brush Tool to load the prepared Dancing Girl and Tree brushes and edit them into the image:

Load the grass and decoration brushes into it, as shown below:

Use the Pen Tool to draw the outline of the mountains in the image, right-click on the Fill Path command and select Fill Path with White:

Lower the layer transparency to 20%:
